Vegetarian, awesome snowboarder--there's no shortage of adjectives to describe 24-year-old Tyler Lepore. This man exudes a wealth of inner confidence, energy and motivation that makes for a full schedule--not to mention ultra-impressive snowboarding abilities. Beginners take note: it seems that Tyler prefers riding at top speed because it "makes tricks easier".
Tyler was born just outside Vancouver, BC in a little town called Seashell. He spent much of his childhood in places like San Luis Obispo, California, where he surfed until fifth grade; and Tahoe, where he first started snowboarding in 1991 at age eleven. This self-taught shredder was very fortunate to have such a supportive mom, Tori, driving him to the hill over the years.
Tyler started painting graffiti six years back and has since developed his own unique style. He's so into it, he even publishes his own graffiti magazine called Full Spectrum. Tyler also enjoys riding his cruiser bike, skateboarding, eating healthy vegetarian food and making smoothies. Out of all of his favorite activities, though, he loves snowboarding the most, and is currently psyched on riding the ThirtyTwo Forecast boot and Capita Snowboards.
These days, when he's not busy traveling all over the globe, working on graphics for Capita, ThirtyTwo and Snow Style magazine (Japan), Tyler can be found back in Vancouver, kicking it in the new house he just bought, and staying healthy. He's super-stoked on all of his good friends there, not to mention the beautiful mountains and women galore.
Tyler is well-liked by all--thanks largely to his positive attitude and down-to-Earth, easygoing manner. It seems he's always stoked, although he gets a little grumpy when he's hungry. Better throw that man a Scooby Snack.
